What will we see?
-
This is the magic question which is always so hard to answer. I hope to show you EVERYTHING. Common sighting include manatee, dolphin, shorebirds, snails, sea stars, jellies and several species of fish. There are so many creatures in the ocean, it is just a matter of knowing where they live.
-
All animals/critters are gently observed, discussed at length and photographed for your pleasure. Photos will be provided to you at the conclusion of each trip. We always encourage passive observation of our beautiful dolphins and manatees. If you just sit and observe many times they will approach you.
-
When scheduling your trip, you will get to speak directly with your guide, Tracie G. I am happy to answer any questions or attempt to make any requests you have for your Adventure.

Is Experience required?
-
NO!!! All trips are based for beginners. Instruction is always a part of the Adventure. Each trip will begin with a brief equipment explanation and lesson. Anyone can learn how to paddle with the right equipment, instructor and weather. I promise to ensure you have an amazing experience on the water or all monies will be returned! Satisfaction Guaranteed !

If you are a newbie to paddling, Gasparilla island is the perfect place to try out SUP.
With it's calmer waters and abundance of dolphins, manatees, and shorebirds; there is no better area to try out this incredibly fun sport.
As a Coastal Master Naturalist, PaddleFit 3/ ASI certified instructor,I can take you on a nature journey that you might not see on your own.
Safety is my #1 priority. Once you learn the basics of water safety and paddling techniques, you'll fall in love with the water in a whole new way!
