Meet Tracie G.

Tracie Georgiadis
Tracie G.

Tracie G.-Multi-Certified Instructor, Guide, Coach

I am an ocean enthusiast that started working on the water as soon as I could. I grew up on the North shore of Boston and became a Certified Red Cross lifeguard and CPR trained by 16. At the age of 18, while attending college, I pursued the next step in water safety and became a Water Safety Instructor (WSI). I taught children ages 4-16 swimming lessons till I was 22 years old.  Days off were spent on the ocean, fishing and swimming. I followed my parents footsteps and chose a career in healthcare and became a Registered Respiratory Therapist in 1996.  I worked at several acute care  and skilled nursing facilities around Boston before moving to Denver Colorado in 2001.  I also practiced Respiratory care in Denver and the surrounding areas.  I loved Colorado but was always missing the sea.   In 2012 we decided to move closer to my parents, and finally get back to the ocean!  My parents have resided in Florida full time for the past 20 years.

A few months after moving here in 2013, I signed my son up for Special olympics paddle boarding and that's when the obsession started!  I bought a board and spent every free moment paddling.  I started working for a local Paddleboard company shortly after and began my instructor certifications along with the Florida Master naturalist program.

In 2015 I followed my passion and opened my own touring company specializing in Private guided trips on Gasparilla island and the surrounding areas. The goal was never to be the biggest or best company in the area.  The goal was to be the best guide I could be and give my customers the same sense of excitement I have each day I get on the water.  Hope to see you on the water!

“Amazing experience! Tracie is fantastic!”

Tracie took our family on a private tour this morning and tailored a complete experience for my son and daughter. Not only did we take a SUP lesson, Tracie allowed the kids to work at their own pace and explore the nature of Stump Pass. We have fallen in love with Paddleboarding and will definitely do this again! Great family activity! Thanks so much, Tracie!

What an amazing experience for my two young children and myself!! This was our first time ever doing SUP. Tracie was great!! She was so friendly and had so much patience as we were getting the hang of paddle boarding. My kids are avid animal lovers who really enjoyed listening to and asking Tracie questions. We got to see so many amazing manatees and some interesting sea life. We can't wait to do another paddle boarding adventure!! Thanks again Tracie!!
